We may collect account information such as your name, email address, mobile number, verification status and sign-in identifiers. Passwords are stored as protected password hashes rather than readable passwords.

When you create or interact with a listing, we may collect property details, addresses, approximate or precise location coordinates that you provide, availability, pricing, photos, videos, 360-degree media and contact information.

We may also collect saved properties, contact-reveal history, listing activity, payment and coupon records, transaction identifiers supplied by our payment provider, and technical records such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, security events and audit logs.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses and mobile numbers, provide search and property-listing features, process contact-credit and premium-listing purchases, prevent misuse, provide support, maintain audit records and comply with applicable law.

We may send service messages such as one-time passwords, account notices, payment confirmations, security alerts and responses to privacy requests. Marketing communications, where used, will be handled according to the choices and consent available to you.

Information may be shared with property owners, agents, builders or users when needed for a feature you choose, such as revealing a listing contact. Public listing information may be visible to visitors of the marketplace.

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email and SMS delivery, identity sign-in, maps or location services, payment processing, fraud prevention, monitoring and support. These providers process information for the services they perform. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or as part of a business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.

HomesNXT does not store your complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials when payment is handled directly by the payment provider.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

Backups and security logs may retain limited information for a further period before scheduled deletion. A deletion request does not require us to remove information that applicable law requires or permits us to retain.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and raise a grievance about how your data is handled. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in information confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

HomesNXT is a property marketplace intended for people who can lawfully enter into relevant property and payment transactions. The service is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
